Formula 1 has named Flexjet as its Official Private Aviation Supplier in a multi-year agreement announced ahead of the Pirelli British Grand Prix at Silverstone.

Flexjet will support the travel requirements of F1’s key executives and championship personnel across the sport’s 24-race global calendar, operating a fleet of more than 340 private jets to provide what the sport describes as seamless cross-border connectivity.

Flights operated under the partnership will use Sustainable Aviation Fuel certificates as part of F1’s net zero by 2030 commitment.

“Every day of the year, Formula 1 is on the move, connecting with our fans, promoters and stakeholders,” said Stefano Domenicali, President and Chief Executive Officer of F1,

“Flexjet is a perfect fit for us as our new Official Supplier given the shared passion for precision, innovation and totally unique experiences.”

The deal gives Flexjet access to F1’s global audience of more than 830 million fans, with the brand also receiving exclusive behind-the-scenes hospitality access at select grands prix as part of its Red Label premium offering.

“As we look to the future alongside our partners at LVMH, cementing our longstanding ties with the world of motor racing allows us to deliver unparalleled, ultra-luxury experiences, both on the ground and in the air,” said Kenn Ricci, Chairman of Flexjet.

The two organisations will also develop a dedicated digital content series exploring the shared values of aviation and motorsport.
