The TGR Haas F1 Team has announced a multi-year partnership with Emburse, the Dallas-based travel and expense management company.

Commencing at this weekend’s Luis Vuitton Monaco Grand Prix, Emburse will serve as the team’s Official Travel and Expense Solution Partner, providing AI-powered travel, expense and spend management software to the American outfit.

Branding will feature on the wing mirror arm sides of the VF-26, garage and digital assets from Monaco, with driver race suits and official team apparel added from the 2027 season onwards.

“We race in over 20 locations each year, our team is based in three countries across two continents, and our supply base and technical partners are spread across the world,” said Alan Chan, Chief Finance Officer at TGR Haas F1 Team.

“This inherently increases the complexity of how we operate as a finance team.

“It’s tremendously exciting to be partnering with Emburse and using their innovative technology across expense management and accounts payable, as it will enable us to significantly scale our capabilities while still being efficient, streamlined and delivering a significant ROI to our team.”

For Emburse, the partnership represents an opportunity to demonstrate its technology in one of sport’s most logistically demanding environments – a team operating across three countries, two continents and more than 20 race locations each season.

“Modern finance teams are being asked to move faster while maintaining stronger control, and that balance is exactly what this partnership represents,” said Marne Martin, Chief Executive Officer at Emburse.

“TGR Haas F1 Team operates in an environment where timing, precision, and visibility matter every day.”
