Oracle Red Bull Racing has announced a multi-year partnership with Indeed, which joins the organisation as its Recruitment Partner from the 2026 Formula 1 season.

The groundbreaking agreement will see the companies collaborate on talent development initiatives across the team’s operations, including Red Bull Racing’s F1 Academy programme and its wider talent pipeline.

Indeed will also become Presenting Partner of the team’s Talent Academy Programme, which provides work experience opportunities, student placements, apprenticeships and other development pathways aimed at individuals exploring careers in F1.

The partnership reflects the growing demand for specialised skills within the sport, with data from Indeed showing that US job postings referencing “racing” or “motorsport” have increased by almost 88 per cent since 2021.

“People have always been the foundation of our success at Oracle Red Bull Racing,” said Laurent Mekies, Chief Executive Officer and Team Principal of Red Bull Racing.

“Every championship we’ve won is the result of exceptional talent, strong collaboration and a culture that empowers our team to perform at the highest level.”

Branding for Indeed will debut on the RB22 and on the helmets of the team’s drivers and pit crew from the Heineken Chinese Grand Prix, before expanding across driver and team principal kit as the season progresses.

“At Indeed, we’re proud to help people get jobs and help employers find the people who drive their success,” added James Whitemore, Chief Marketing Officer at Indeed.

“Our partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing places Indeed alongside one of the most high-performing teams in the world.”

The deal adds another layer to Red Bull Racing’s commercial portfolio as F1 teams continue to invest heavily in talent pipelines and specialised engineering expertise to sustain competitive performance.
