The Atlassian Williams F1 Team has confirmed a new multi-year global partnership with asset management firm Nuveen, naming the company as its Official Asset Management Partner ahead of the 2026 season.

Nuveen, a global investment leader with more than $1.4 trillion in assets under management across public and private markets, will join forces with Williams as the team continues its push back toward the front of the grid under the sport’s next generation of technical regulations.

Under the agreement, Nuveen’s branding will appear above the steering wheel and on the inner rear wing of Williams’ 2026 challenger, the FW48, which will debut under the all-new regulations in February.

“Whether you’re racing in F1 or working in asset management, the ingredients of high performance are the same: exceptional people working closely together, cutting-edge technology, and a relentless determination to pursue marginal gains,” said Williams Team Principal James Vowles.

“As we take the next step on our journey back towards the front of the grid, we look forward to working with Nuveen to deliver results that serve our fans and communities worldwide.”

Nuveen’s signing adds to Williams’ expanding partner roster as the British team enters its second season under the Atlassian Williams F1 banner and looks to build on its most successful campaign since 2016, which included two full race podiums and a first Sprint podium.

As we take the next step on our journey back towards the front of the grid, we look forward to working with Nuveen to deliver results that serve our fans and communities worldwide.

The asset manager’s involvement will support global brand exposure and strategic activations throughout the 2026 season, both on and off track.

“The parallels between Nuveen and Williams are striking,” Bill Huffman, Chief Executive Officer of Nuveen said.

“Each of our organisations is performance-oriented with global heritage, yet our focus remains firmly on the future… This partnership brings together two organisations that understand what it takes to compete at the highest level while staying true to our mission.”
